Shipping

Items ordered are shipped Monday through Friday during standard business hours via Canada Post or UPS based on the selection made by the purchaser. Delivery times depend on method chosen and will be stated. All free in store pick-ups and local deliveries will be notified by phone and/or email as to date available. All in-stock items will be ready and boxed within 48 hours.

At this time delivery is only available throughout Canada and the Continental USA. For all orders going to the USA, the consumer is responsible for any additional duty, brokerage and any applicable fees or taxes upon receipt. All items on this website are quoted and charged in Canadian Dollars.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 45 days of the original shipping date provided the original tags and packaging are included.

Please indicate your reason for returning or exchange information for the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely and affix our return label from the packing slip to the package or use the address below. Please ship the product back to us insured using the method of your choice. Return postage will not be refunded.

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment.  In the case of an exchange, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement.

We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.
